Specialized's Rockhopper might be the bike that has gotten more people riding trails than any other bike. The Pro 29 redefines what "entry level" means with Specialized's light A1-aluminum frame and a 100mm-travel RockShox suspension fork that makes quick work of trails and flattens the learning curve. Then, pile on legit components for real-world trail riding like a Shimano/SRAM 2x10 drivetrain along with Avid disc brakes that stop when and where you want. Specialized adds their big wheels with grippy tires that bite into the trail to keep you in control. And, you'll also dig the Specialized aluminum components and comfy Body Geometry saddle. If you've forgotten how fun it is to ride a bike, the Rockhopper is the perfect tool to jog your memory.

This ride is awesome. Handlebar is setup so nice. I love the shifting,,, so easy to brake and upshift at the same time. Fork feels nice and lock-out is real nice when your on the street. I have a older 26" rockhopper and this new hopper is a nice jump up.
